Responsibilities
1. Market Insights and Data-Driven Strategies
- Conduct in-depth market research and gather consumer insights through in-country research, industry intelligence, and focus groups.
- Identify key consumer trends, shopping behaviours, and industry developments in the Indonesia and India markets.
- Develop actionable strategies and marketing plans based on data analysis to improve business performance and achieve revenue growth.
2. Planning and Execution of Regional Marketing Initiatives
- Support the design and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns and events tailored to local market nuances.
- Lead the development of on-ground campaigns that engage consumers and spur spending.
3. Collaboration with Retailers, Brands, and Partners
- Work closely with retailers, brand partners, and in-country agencies to curate relevant content and programs that resonate with local audiences.
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with external stakeholders to co-create campaigns that drive mutual success.
- Coordinate joint marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and improve conversion rates.
4. Content Development and Program Curation
- Develop localised content and promotional programs that cater to the preferences of target consumers in Indonesia and India.
- Ensure marketing materials and campaigns reflect a deep understanding of cultural nuances and consumer motivations.
- Collaborate with creative teams to deliver compelling and market-relevant materials that adhere to brand guidelines.
5. Campaign Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and evaluate campaign performance across digital and traditional channels using data analytics tools.
- Identify and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
6. Competitor and Industry Analysis
- Monitor competitors’ marketing strategies, promotions, and consumer engagement tactics.
- Analyze industry trends and identify opportunities to position the business as a market leader.
- Summarize findings in comprehensive reports to guide decision-making and future campaigns.
7. Strategic Budget and Resource Management
- Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to optimize campaign execution within allocated budgets.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, market research, or campaign strategy, with exposure to Indonesia and/or India markets preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Sharp business acumen with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and reporting systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Creative thinking with a solutions-oriented mindset.
