Responsibilities
- Prepare drawings, tender and design documents for preliminary, construction and as-built status.
- Coordinate architectural drawings and works, prepare, submit and update status of authorities’ submission and inspections.
- Plan all drawing request to meet submission deadlines and maintain softcopy of archive drawings and documents.
- Coordinate with Architect, consultants and authorities to ensure works and submissions are compliant with authorities’ codes and regulations.
- Review rough sketches, drawings and specifications received from Architect / consultants to ensure they conform to design concept.
- Draft plans and detailed drawings from sketches or notes.
- Remain constantly updated with drafting technology and authorities’ prevailing codes and regulationsto maintain technical competency and knowledge.
- Submission of drawings to the authorities for approvals
- Ensure design systems comply with the code requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must
- Proficient in relevant software programmes for planning and project work
- Pro-active team player with good analytical andcommunication skills
- Able to work independently, ability to multi-task and have a strong sense of responsibility
- Familiar with Singapore’s Codes of Practices and Regulations for the built environment, Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) & Completion of Statutory Certificate (CSC) processes and submission and relevant authorities’ submission for approval
- Familiar with SCDF Fire Safety Acts, Codes and Regulations
