Duration: 4 months
Location: Mountbatten square
Salary: Up to $3K (Depending on experience)
Working Hours: 7.30am to 5.00pm / 9.30am to 7.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Scope:
• Answer incoming calls from parents with enquiries on fees and centre related matters
• Liaise with departments or centres to answer the parents' enquiries
• Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required timeframe
• Maintain accuracy of data
• Ensure achievement of deadlines within the required timeframe
• Deliver any other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min. Nitec/ Diploma in any field
- Some admin/ Call centre experience is required
