Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage network solutions that meet customer requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and fulfill network needs for new projects
- Oversee the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and servers
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving network issues onsite and remotely
- Conduct system acceptance testing and maintain accurate as-built documentation
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools and technologies to enhance network efficiency and security
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or equivalent qualifications
- 2 years of experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting network and IT infrastructure
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, and network architecture design
- Hands-on experience with networking products such as Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Dell is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, HCIA, HCIP are advantageous
