- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and define candidate profiles.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- A-level/Diploma/Degree holder in any field
- Keen interest in Talent Aquisition HR
- 1 to 1 mentorship
