Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, corporate treasurers, and financial institutions.
- Understand clients' needs and provide innovative solutions using a variety of derivative products.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in relation to derivative products, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Sales & Product Promotion:
- Actively prospect new clients and identify business opportunities to expand the derivatives business.
- Promote the full range of derivative products and services to clients, including equity, interest rate, commodity, and credit derivatives.
- Drive sales and increase market share by meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and goals.
- Market Knowledge & Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact derivative products.
- Provide clients with timely market insights, trade ideas, and product recommendations based on market conditions.
- Collaborate with the research and trading teams to develop new product offerings that meet client demand.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Listed Equity and Derivatives Sales or related field.
- Strong understanding of Listed Equity and Derivatives markets and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Knowledge and understanding in both buy side and sell side OMS and EMS.
