Responsibilities:
Recruitment (Primary Job Responsibility)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for both retail and office roles.
Compliance (As Needed)
- Handle employee grievances within retail outlets.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and enforce company policies accordingly.
Miscellaneous (Ad-Hoc Duties)
- Compile and present HR metrics to management and headquarters.
- Oversee employment contract administration.
- Administer employee insurance matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years HR Generalist experience in any industry
- Experience handling compliance related matters (employee grievances, implementing MOM guidelines/regulations)
- PC literate in MS Office with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoints
