Duration: 3 months contract to permanent
Location: Pioneer Road
Working hours: Mon - Fri (8am to 5pm) & Alternate Sat (8am - 12pm)
Responsibilities
- Perform order processing operations in compliance to rating principles as well as operator variations Perform documentation for order processing activities
- Perform stock transfer / system transaction in WMS
- Monitor cargo handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with
- Perform system receipt of cargo
- Validate documentation and escalate non-conformities
- Identify operational shortfall and escalate
- Manage appropriate mitigating actions / plans to manage lapses in delivery of logistics services Prepare reports for customers and operations
- Perform billing process
Requirements
- Min. 1 year of customer service is preferred (Preferably in the logistics / warehouse industry)
- Prior experience in WMS/SAP will be advantegeous
- Execellent communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders
