ERP Business Analyst (2-Year Contract)
The ERP Business Analyst will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing ERP solutions that improve overall efficiency and productivity. This role requires a strong knowledge of ERP systems, excellent analytical capabilities, and effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- ERP Implementation and Support:Lead ERP system implementations, ensuring they align with business objectives and requirements.
Provide continuous support and maintenance for ERP applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Manage user roles and permissions within the ERP system.
- Business Process Analysis:Assess current business processes and workflows to identify areas for enhancement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create detailed specifications for ERP solutions.
- Project Management:Oversee ERP-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget limits.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of ERP systems.
Prioritize service and change requests, and collaborate with the IT Project Manager to ensure vendors meet their SLAs.
Conduct user acceptance testing for application patches and enhancements.
- Training and Documentation:Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to ensure proper ERP system usage.
Create and maintain thorough documentation for ERP processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:Utilize ERP systems to generate accurate reports, providing insights to support business decision-making.
Create and manage financial reports based on the organization’s financial requirements.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all ERP modules.
- Other Responsibilities:Perform any additional duties and manage projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or similar role. Experience in ERP system upgrades and migrations, particularly within finance modules, is preferred.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement techniques is a plus.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are advantageous. Experience with SQL and data management tools is also desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
