Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, engage and hire top talent across all levels of the organization.
  • Lead, mentor and manage a young recruit team to understand current and future talent needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide expert guidance on workforce planning and role requirements to ensure alignment between organizational objectives and recruitment efforts.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, on-boarding etc.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to analyse recruitment metrics, optimize processes and report on hiring outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing methods, including networking, talent acquisition partners, referrals, social media, recruitment events, recruiters, campus and career fairs etc.
  • Oversee and manage the employer branding strategy to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the talent acquisition process.

Requirements:

  • Degree In Business, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimal of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and management
  • Technical hiring experience in the IT industry/System-Integrator environment is preferable.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques and best practices o Motivated, adaptable and able to deliver under pressure.
  • Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to interact and build strong relationship with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions o Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Diplomatic, discrete and able to keep confidentiality at all times.
