Responsibilities
• Perform General Administration
• Perform Daily Operational Tasks
• Perform Scheduled Tasks
• Perform System Defects Management
• Perform Network Management Services
• Monitor System and Network Health Status using the Tivoli and Solarwinds
• Submit Daily Report
• Submit Incident Report
• Assist Customer on Exercise Support
• Assist Customer on System Audit
Requirements
• Diploma holders in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Min 2 years’ experience in mission critical systems and preferably three years’ experience in hardware installation and deployment.
• Min 1 year of Computer System engineering (System configuration, Network system and System backup) knowledge.
• Able to work 12 hours shift
