Main Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities for renewal of the existing service plans (and maintenance) for standard and custom systems
- Be proactive in proposing service plans for newly installed standard and custom systems
- Position spare parts as part of the service offering
- Follow-up and keep track of quotes sent (close opportunities)
- Advise customers & Sales representative on the client’s Service Plans & Spare Parts offering
- Guide and support Sales through the different steps of the quotation process, if requested
- Identify new opportunities for a Service Plan (based on past installations)
- Contact Sales Rep, discuss with them about an opportunity to sell a Service Plan.
- Create draft quote with all attachments and share it with the Sales rep.
- Check with Management (specific region), Field Sales Effectiveness (FSE) and coordination team if we have their agreement to assume such coverage.
- Send the quote to the customer. If the customer already has a Service Plan for other systems, we can add the new system to the quote for the renewal of the existing Service Plan.
- Follow up on the sent quote (close opportunity).
- Connect with FSE and identify systems that require multiple spare parts or critical spares in customer’s process, promote the client’s Spare Parts Advisory Service.
- Connect with relevant teams to ensure spare parts for custom systems are identified and queries from customer are addressed (feedback shared)
- Provide all relevant information (items numbers for service and spare parts, and documentation) when contacted by Sales reps.
- Create and Track Unite Tickets, and Cases with Kits Spares for spare parts not set up in the CRM (Salesforce)
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
- At least 1 year of proven inside sales experience in BioFarma industry
- Experience working with Salesforce.com (CRM) and MS Office package (Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
