Responsibilites:
- Assist in Contact Centre Duties (Answering of customer enquiries, escalate to relevant department, initiate callbacks to customers to confirm details and resolve concerns)
Requirements:
- Experience in a Contact Centre, Banking or Customer Service environment will be advantageous
- A strong service mindset and ability to take ownership to deliver excellent service at all times is essential
