Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
- Assist in drafting the architect drawing
- Prepare and dispatch authorization letters from relevant authorities, and follow up with clients to obtain signatures and complete required information.
- Monitor, update, and report on the status of ongoing projects.
- Arrange for the purchase of plans from relevant authorities.
- Provide certified copies of approved plans and promptly send approvals to clients.
- Follow up with authorities regarding the status of approvals.
- Answer incoming calls, offering guidance or directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Download approvals and update the project team on a daily basis.
- Prepare and submit necessary documents, such as submission forms, via e-Corenet.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma/Degree in Architectural / Interior Design or any relevant disciplines.
- Knowledge in using AutoCAD is a MUST
- Knowledge in Architectural Engineering is a plus.
