What you'll be doing
- Support the COO with operations for Allied Health services, including process and system setup for new services
- Manage contracts, track performance, and ensure service quality improvements
- Oversee linen, laundry, and meal quality, addressing feedback from staff and patients, in collaboration with infection control
- Coordinate SMF applications, mobility device orders, and claims to the Ministry of Health
- Ensure compliance with pandemic plans, participate in audits, and drive quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain filing systems, track license renewals, and assist with vendor evaluations
- Contribute to internal audits, service expansion, and the development of new projects
What we're looking for
- Diploma and above from a recognised institution
- 5 - 6 years of working experience, preferably in a Hospital setting
- Understands strategic direction to evolving healthcare models and demographic changes
- Proficient in IT, especially with electronic records systems
