Permanent Admin (x2) – Finance
Location: Collyer Quay
Salary: $2,500 - $3,500
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (arrival by 8:45 AM, leave around 6:30 PM)
Work Arrangement: 100% on-site (strictly no work-from-home)
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a PA to Financial Advisors (FAs) is a must.
- Must have supported full-time Financial Advisors before.
- Minimum qualification: O Levels
Job Responsibilities:
- Premium Notice & Renewal: Ensure clients’ premiums are paid, and policies are renewed on time.
- Claims Follow-up: Liaise with insurers, hospitals, and clinics regarding claims.
- Client Servicing: Maintain client birthday listings and provide personalized services.
- Paperwork Management: Handle insurance and investment submission-related documents.
- Document Preparation: Prepare investment and insurance documents for client reviews.
- CKA Updates: Update Customer Knowledge Assessment via insurer portals.
- Client Queries: Handle calls and assist clients with queries by liaising with superiors or insurers.
- Expense Tracking: Update and manage monthly expenses.
- Document Mailing: Manage document dispatch and mailing processes.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by superiors.
