Job Description:
- Lead and drive the Contract Management work.
- Attend monthly Client and Stakeholder meeting independently.
- Ability to prepare tender / contract documents.
- Experience and be familiar working with statutory boards clients.
- Perform contract management and administration duties.
- Maintain strategic relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
- To update and administer both pre- and post-contract administration works for Term Contracts and minor improvement works.
- Assist in monitoring maintenance budget and progress payments to ensure cash flow projections are met and payment are promptly made to contractors and service providers.
- Assist in the preparation of ITT/ITQ contract documentation including conducting site show round & tender interview.
- Assist in putting up recommendation paper and liaise with various government agencies.
- Conduct weekly FM meeting with client and preparation of minutes.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Building Services / Quantity Surveyor or related engineering discipline.
- Relevant working experience and track records in managing contracts / projects.
- Possess strong Contract and Project management skill.
