Job Opportunity: Accounts Payable Executive (Early Childhood Education Sector)
Our client, a reputable organization in the early childhood education sector, is seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to manage their AP processes and support financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain accurate Accounts Payable (AP) records, including IBG payment documentation.
- Collate AP data from multiple centers and input it into GP Dynamics Financial Software.
- Batch AP for intercompany billing, fixed asset processing, and payments.
- Reconcile the AP sub-ledger with the general ledger and run monthly AP Aging Reports.
- Process AP payments twice a month via computer or manual cheques, including ad-hoc payments.
- Perform monthly revenue accruals for selected centers.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
- Candidates without experience are welcomed; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
