Position Overview:
Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Communications Team Lead to join their team in Singapore. In this role, you will be utilise youru strong writing skills to developing and implementing effective communication strategies that enhance out client's brand reputation and engage our stakeholders. You will lead a team of communication professionals and work closely with senior management and various departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies that support business objectives.
- Lead and manage the corporate communications team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Oversee the creation of internal and external communication materials, including press releases, speeches, and presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies.
- Manage crisis communication plans and strategies to mitigate risks and protect the company’s reputation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging across all platforms.
- Stay informed about industry trends and issues, providing insights to senior management.
- Organize and manage corporate events, press conferences, and other public relations activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in crisis management and media relations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of digital communication trends and social media platforms.
