What you'll be doing
- Oversee linen, laundry, and food services, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery to meet patient needs
- Manage bed utilisation, optimising patient flow and coordinating admissions and discharges with clinical teams
- Handle claims management, ensuring accurate submission and compliance for timely reimbursements
- Conduct regular hospital inspections, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards
- Lead procurement, vendor management, and project execution to ensure efficient hospital operations
- Supervise staff performance, training, and development, while managing budgeting and financial efficiency
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree level and above in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration and/ or related studies
- 5 - 7 years of experience in similar healthcare operations management, perferably in a hospital setting
- Proficient in project management and financial analysis
