Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Mechanical & Electrical systems which include electrical, drainage or fire protection
- Manage facility operation by implementing preventive and corrective maintenance work
- Provide advisory and recommendation on corrective measures to be taken from maintenance work
- Oversee, manage, and provide technical guidance to a team of technical officer and technician on facilities maintenance
- Ensure all work are carried out in accordance with the safety regulation and procedure
- Investigate and determine root cause of faults and report
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering / Facility Management or discipline with minimum 3 years’ experience; or Diploma/ NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/ Facility Management discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Possess strong knowledge in M&E maintenance
- Possess Fire Safety Manager certificate will be an added advantage
