Job Responsibilities:
- Document business processes, workflows, and user stories;
- Conduct functional and non-functional testing, including performance, security, integration, and usability testing;
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, scenarios, and automated scripts using Tricentis TOSCA;
- Collaborate with stakeholders and contractors to ensure quality standards are met;
- Review and recommend improvements to test processes and methodologies;
- Manage and track testing activities to meet project timelines.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields (preferred);
- Certifications in Software Testing/Quality Assurance (e.g., CSTP, CSQA) are advantageous;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Testing roles;
- Proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Tricentis TOSCA) and experience with government services testing;
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
