Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery while collaborating closely with the team.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operational tasks efficiently.
2. Follow up and handle customer orders responsibly.
3. Perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members.
5. Execute other work tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Information

• Work Hours:Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
  Rotational weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, as per roster.
• Work Location: 29 Tuas Ave 8
• Probation Period: 3 to 6 months, based on performance.
