Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for public services and application systems;
- Develop user stories, process maps, specifications, and acceptance criteria to improve workflows and processes;
- Review project deliverables (e.g., test plans, design specifications, reports) for accuracy and completeness;
- Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and user training;
- Evaluate End of Support (EOS) upgrade proposals and provide technical recommendations;
- Support audits, monitor contractor compliance with policies, and ensure project governance;
- Provide maintenance and technical support for systems, including process automation and troubleshooting;
- Collaborate with external parties and ICT providers for system enhancements and maintenance;
- Ensure project deliverables meet compliance standards and address security, performance, and functionality impacts.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred;
- Strong knowledge of application support, SDLC, and IT project implementation;
- Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, UI/UX design, and automated testing (e.g., Tricentis TOSCA);
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, Java, Power Builder, Delphi, ASP.Net, and government projects;
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT System/Business Analyst or equivalent;
- Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
