Job Description

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of the company, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and satisfying experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer inquiries via calls or walk-ins with professionalism and warmth.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and send reminders for customer appointments.
  • Handle invoicing and cashiering duties, including payments and daily settlement tasks.
  • Input data, generate reports, and consolidate information for submission.

Requirements

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented, with a team-player mindset and a positive attitude.
  • Prior experience in customer service or an aesthetics-related field is preferred.

Additional Information

  • Locations: Bedok Mall, Causeway Point, Century Square, Funan, JCube (Jurong East), Nex, Northway Point.
  • Working Hours: Retail hours (shifts) with a 5-day work week.
  • Demographics: Preferably with a background in aesthetics.
