Job Description
As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of the company, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and satisfying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer inquiries via calls or walk-ins with professionalism and warmth.
- Schedule, reschedule, and send reminders for customer appointments.
- Handle invoicing and cashiering duties, including payments and daily settlement tasks.
- Input data, generate reports, and consolidate information for submission.
Requirements
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented, with a team-player mindset and a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in customer service or an aesthetics-related field is preferred.
