Job description:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and courteously.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Operations)
Requirements:
- Minimum of Diploma holder qualification with 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the Banking industry.
- Demonstrates a customer-focused mindset, with strong listening, comprehension, and responsiveness to customer needs.
