Responsibilities:
• Reply email, answering telephone calls & enquires
• Prepare Quotation, Invoice, Credit Note, Tender Forms and apply Permit To Works; manage other general administrative tasks.
• Record and write minutes for administrative and operations monthly meetings.
• Sourcing quotes from vendors or subcon
• Handle administrative duties including proper organisation of records/data keeping
• Develop and implement procedures, policies, and office administration systems.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy in all scopes of work.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating company events.
• Monitor and restock office supplies as needed.
• General administrative duties, clerical work and any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior
• Work day : 5 days work week
Requirements:
• Diploma in any field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in administration
• Ability to work in a team
• Have a strong initiative and self -motivated with good learning mindset
• Ability to work well in a fast paced working environment
