Responsibilities:
Sales Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Implement training programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
Lead Generation and Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Contribute to the development of the company’s sales strategy and business plan.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
Teamwork and Leadership:
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Encourage open communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Lead by example and uphold the company's values and standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, in the office furniture industry.
- Experience leading a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
