Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Patient Service Associate.
- Handle front desk related matters such as customer enquiries and cashiering.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the clinic.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as Clinic Assistant/ Patient Service Associate.
- Must have experience in using Plato and processing insurance claims.
- Experienced in dispensing medication is advantageous.
