Job Scope:
- Prepare import / export shipping documents based on L/C, Certificate of Origin, Customs/Insurance declaration
- Monthly delivery / sales reporting
- Liaison and coordinate with suppliers, customers and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery
- Prepare Sales and Purchase contract
- Provide admin support to the department
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree / GCE O / N Levels
- Possess minimum 2 - 5 years' Shipping Documentation & Letter Of Credit / LC experience
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)
