- Position :IT/Data Centre Technician (Server/Hard Disk)
- Location : Lok Yang Way
- Working hours : 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.00 am to 5.30 pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3400 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Meal

Main Responsibilities:
- Perform physical and technical tasks of low complexity on Data Center Infrastructure equipment (servers infrastructure, network infrastructure, or equipment DC floor)
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain servers, networking equipment, and cabling
- Fix broken servers (replace hard drives, replace bad sticks of RAM, etc.)
- Learn and apply diagnostic methods to troubleshoot data center equipment
- Use hardware/software tools and workflows (automation) in support of these tasks
- Strictly follow policies, processes, and procedures related to data center environment
- Perform maintenance on a timely basis with adequate recordkeeping
- Maintain supply of spare parts inventory
- Ensure equipment is started up properly and maintain equipment with minimal downtime
- Locate sources of problems by observing and listening to mechanical devices in operation.
- Maintain documentation of performance of preventive maintenance, equipment repair, part usages and other documentation
- Ensure a safe working environment and perform maintenance in a safe manner
Requirements:
- Min intermediate Vocational Education in maintenance, hardware repair or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of experience
- Experience in Lean Principles warehousing.
- Basic knowledge of Linux OS a plus
- Able to identify basic network components and perform fiber and cabling handling
- Ability to rapidly learn Standard Work Instructions (training and job shadowing to be provided)
- Physically fit to carry heavy goods
- Willing to work shift hours when required
