- Budget Management: Effectively manage allocated marketing budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) for all activities.
- Usage and Acquisition Strategy: Define and own the user acquisition strategy, leveraging online and offline marketing channels to achieve business objectives.
- Customer Education: Develop and execute an activity calendar focused on educating users about digibank usage, online scams and fraud prevention. This includes managing outreach events.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless campaign execution and alignment on goals.
Qualifications:
- Degree holder
- Minimum 5 years of marketing/communications experience
- Able to work independently, is meticulous, able to handle stakeholders well, and have good project management skills.
