SCOPE OVERVIEW
- Provide inputs of strategizing sales and marketing activities to increase sales
- Ensure the IFA marketing spend is within budgets
- Collaborate with training team to conduct regular product and refresher training for the partner
- Undertake event management activities and promotions to engage Management, Sales Directors and advisors.
- Working closely with Internal stakeholders: Product, Compliance, Life Operations Dept. to ensure manual cases submissions and inceptions are within SLA timeline
- Keep abreast of market updates, trends and competitor offerings for the IFA space
- Ensure all incentives campaigns are fulfilled
- Ensure advisors enquiries are promptly answered by BDMs for a good partnership experience
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or diploma in any discipline
- CMFAS (Module 5, 9, 9A, HI) preferred.
- Self-motivated, independent and results oriented
- Understand IFA business in the marketplace
- Knowledge in sales and marketing
- Good interpersonal and networking skills
- Personable, active listener and team player
- Professional appearance and self-confident
