· Overall in charge of frontline team and uphold the company’s frontline image to customers.
· Ensure the accountability, integrity, and operational readiness of the frontline team.
· Develop the team to achieve high standards in service, productivity, and efficiency.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, financial guidelines, processes, and industry standards.
· Provide necessary training and motivation to staff to meet required performance standards.
· Address issues promptly and manage risks effectively.
· Regularly review and optimize workflows and working conditions to improve efficiency and reduce staff turnover.
· Serve as the escalation point for any operational issues faced by the team.
· Prepare reports and present recommendations to management and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
· Diploma Holder.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
· Prior working experience in automotive industry would be advantageous.
