- Position : Admin Assisatnt cum Accounts (Simple Duties/ Invoice)
- Location : Upper Paya Lebar Road (Walking distance from 2 MRTs)
- Working hours : 5 days a week - Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $2800 + Performance Bonus + $30/monthly- Medical Claim
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Business and management consultancy services
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform carpark administrative duties
- Handle client’s enquiries through calls and email
- Handle client’s invoices in a timely manner
- Assist in processing and updating client’s data
- Perform month-end closing duties
- Any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to start work immediately or on a short notice will be advantageous.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
