- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying prospects, forecasting demand, and projecting sales volumes and profitability for both existing and new products.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities to stay competitive.
- Keep abreast of industry trends by participating in product workshops, internal training sessions, and networking events.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, offering sales support and working with partners to close deals and enhance the sales process.
- Contribute to delivering exceptional service as part of the team’s overall objectives.
- Plan and carry out sales activities, including client visits and site surveys as required.
- Identify and grow new customer accounts, broadening the client portfolio.
- Oversee pre-sales activities, including preparing and submitting quotations, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle.
- Provide customers with technical and engineering information on products and services to address their needs.
- Work closely with the Operations team to execute and deliver customer solutions effectively.
