- Build and maintain sales pipelines by prospecting, forecasting, and projecting expected sales volumes and profits for both existing and new products.
- Analyze market trends and monitor competitors' activities.
- Stay updated on industry developments by attending product workshops, internal training sessions, and networking events.
- Engage with new, existing, and potential clients, providing sales support and collaborating with partners to close deals and add value to the sales process.
- Contribute to the team’s overall service delivery excellence.
- Plan and execute sales activities, including site visits and surveys as needed.
- Develop new customer accounts and expand the client base.
- Manage pre-sales activities, including quotation submissions and supporting prospects through all phases of the sales cycle.
- Provide technical and engineering information about products and services in response to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to implement agreed-upon solutions for customers.
