Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain and support new and existing IT systems.
- Ensure the smooth operation of applications and promptly resolve issues.
- Manage the change control process for IT systems to ensure seamless implementation of system changes.
- Gather and analyze user requirements to propose relevant solutions.
- Maintain and update various documentation (e.g., requirements specifications, user guides) for IT systems.
- Participate in all aspects of project implementation, from initiation to roll-out (design, build, testing, end-user training, go-live support, documentation).
- Resolve project issues with vendors and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP FI/CO modules, with strong functional knowledge in AR, AP, GL, Bank Accounting, FA, and Project Accounting.
- Technical knowledge required in SAP-ABAP programming, smart forms, BAPI, BDC, and user exits.
- Ability to independently handle requirement gathering sessions, prepare functional specifications, and support testing activities for user sign-offs.
- Preferably, a minimum of 1 full lifecycle implementation experience of SAP as an Analyst/Consultant.
