Responsibilities:
- Delivering services to patients and visitors, including patient registration, billing, and appointment scheduling.
- Preparing the consultation room.
- Assisting patients during physical examinations.
- Offering administrative support.
- Providing financial counseling.
- Addressing patient inquiries and feedback.
Requirements:
- Possesses GCE 'N'/'O'' Level, Higher/ NITEC or Diploma in any discipline
- Preferably with customer service experience or relevant experience in healthcare industry
- Pleasant personality and passionate for customer service
- Good communication skills
- Able to work under fast pace environment
