1. Production Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- To support daily production activity (such as Packing WIP goods, Top up machine oil, Clear off the rubbish, etc.)
- Receiving, Storing, Shipping, Packing and Palletizing of goods against quantity and description stated.
- Stock-take inventory.
- Loading and unloading the parts from the Degreasing Semi-Auto machine.
- Manage the warehouse and perform housekeeping.
- Participate in 5S activities.
- Any ad-hock job as assign by Supervisor.
- Opportunity to learn QC related knowledge.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level.
- Training will be provided for no experience
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Must be a multi-task person and physically fit.
2. QC Inspector
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspection in accordance to work instructions trained to them.
- Complete all necessary records by them after each completion of their production work.
- Maintain work environment during and after performing their work.
- Report all problems & non-conformance encountered to their superiors for investigation & corrective action.
- Any ad-hock job as assign by Manager.
- Involve in new project activities such as but not limited to lay out inspection, checking of PPAP samples, MSA activity, preparation of master/limit samples and CPK evaluation.
- Participate in 5S activities.
Requirement/Skills:
- Experience working as QC inspector.
- Can interpret drawing/GD&T.
- Relevant ISO 9000 procedures, instruction and forms to use.
- With experience in using measuring instruments (CMM and Smart Scope).
- Willing to work in shifting schedule.
