Job Scope:
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for employees on the safe operation and handling of forklifts, including theory and practical exercises.
- Certification: Ensure that trainees meet the necessary standards for forklift operation and issue certificates upon successful completion of the training program.
- Safety Compliance: Emphasize workplace safety by teaching proper safety protocols, hazard identification, and emergency response procedures related to forklift use.
- Equipment Maintenance Awareness: Educate employees on routine maintenance practices, including pre-operational checks and basic troubleshooting.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, assessments, and trainee progress, and report to management as required.
Requirements:
- Atleast 2 years experience in Forklift coaching experience
- ACLP/ ACTA required
