Job Scope:
- Manage inbound email and phone inquiries.
- Respond to customer queries and prepare quotations as needed.
- Provide suitable recommendations based on customer specifications and requirements.
- Follow up on all inquiries, seeking feedback on quotes and tracking progress.
- Address customer complaints, report issues, and provide after-sales support when required.
- Engage with customers proactively to foster repeat business.
- Process sales orders and monitor deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Oversee deliveries, ensuring they meet customer specifications and high standards.
- Coordinate tender submissions.
- Track and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Provide administrative and office support to the Outdoor Sales Team.
- Monitor stock levels for ongoing projects and maintain sufficient supply.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to assess satisfaction and success.
- Monitor pending repairs with the technical department and provide updates to clients.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in manufacturing/supply chain or relevant study
- Relevant experience in similar industry is added advantage
