Job Scope:
- Manage the implementation, integration, maintenance, and optimization of MarTech platforms, including CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics software.
- Analyze marketing and customer data to derive actionable insights and enhance campaign performance.
- Leverage workflow automation tools such as Zapier, AppScript, and RPA to streamline marketing processes and boost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop hyper-personalized campaigns and deliver cutting-edge digital solutions.
- Optimize content and user experiences across owned channels, including eDMs, social media platforms, and websites, to support digital engagement strategies.
- Stay abreast of MarTech trends and experiment with innovative tools to enhance marketing outcomes.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related field
- Experience in analytics role
