Job Description:
Sales Strategy and Growth
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, manage P&L, and expand market share in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and other Southeast Asian territories
- Identify growth opportunities, create market-entry strategies, and set objectives that align with our sustainability and modular infrastructure focus
P&L Management
- Assume full responsibility for the offices’ P&L, including revenue generation, cost control, and profitability
- Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and implement strategies to optimize financial performance
- Prepare and present P&L reports to management, identifying areas for financial improvement and operational efficiencies.
Regional Leadership and Market Development
- Lead and oversee sales operations in the Singapore office and manage regional sales activities in Malaysia and Indonesia
- Establish and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, channel partners, and industry influencers to enhance market positioning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., project, engineering, product management) to align offerings with regional needs and promote customized power solutions
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strong client satisfaction Guide clients through the complexities of infrastructure design, installation, and maintenance, positioning the company as a trusted advisor for sustainable power protection solutions
Team Development and Leadership
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales team across regional offices to drive productivity, achieve sales goals, and uphold our commitment to excellence
- Provide training and development for sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
- Lead by example, working closely with the sales team on quotation creation, submission, negotiation, as well as wining and closing deals
Sales Forecasting and Reporting
- Monitor and report on sales and financial performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to the management
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and P&L accountability to support strategic planning and resource allocation
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in electrical equipment & power solutions sales in data centres will be highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L within regional sales operations.
