Responsibilities
- Generate leads by maintaining regular communication with customers and serving as the central sales contact point.
- Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans to align with customer vehicle sales launches.
- Deliver sales presentations to introduce new products and solutions, analyzing market and vehicle trends across different countries.
- Create weekly and monthly forecasts on account revenue against targets, and prepare end-of-month sales reports.
- Provide quotations based on customer requests.
- Address customer complaints by identifying problems, proposing solutions, and recommending countermeasures.
- Participate in organizing sales and marketing workshops to promote new products during vehicle model lifecycles.
- Contribute to team performance by completing assigned tasks effectively.
Requirements
Non experienced graduates are welcomed.
- Self-motivated, proactive, with strong social skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for cars and accessories, with a customer-focused approach to providing one-stop sales solutions.
- Results-driven with skills in business negotiation, problem-solving, and sales and marketing.
- Creative thinker, able to adapt to dynamic business environments and respond flexibly to challenges.
- Customer-oriented, meticulous, team player with a cheerful personality.
- Independent and highly motivated, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Ambitious with strong interpersonal skills and a desire for career growth.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel overseas.
