Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer accounts and expand sales accounts within the ASEAN region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat or new purchases.
- Handle customer inquiries, price negotiations, and address quality concerns effectively.
- Conduct market surveys to support timely sales forecasts and prepare related sales reports.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Candidates without any prior work experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with discipline and manage time effectively.
- 1 year of relevant sales experience, particularly in EMS or semiconductor distribution will be advantageous.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driver’s license is a plus.
