Job Scope
- Ensuring QHSE documents (Manual, Procedure, WI/ SWP and Forms) are developed, established, implemented, effective and adhered to in accordance to the applicable standards.
- Assist the Senior Quality Engineer and QHSE Manager/ MR to prepare annual budgets and execute inspection and test plans.
- Implement improvement initiatives to enhance QHSE, productivity and efficiency while constantly reviewing and monitoring the outcome of the implementation.
- Manage and resolve grievances and conflicts arising. Motivate employees to boost their morale.
- Assist the Senior Quality Engineer and QHSE Manager/ MR to conduct annual performance appraisal for all reporting employees.
- Assist the Senior Quality Engineer and QHSE Manager/ MR to plan and organize QHSE annual internal audits for Singapore.
- Assist the Senior Quality Engineer and QHSE Manager/ MR to plan and organize QHSE management review meeting for Singapore.
- Initiating corrective/ preventive action reports on any HSE, manufacturing, material and product defects/ complaints raised internally or by the customers.
- Perform internal calibration for measuring instruments.
- Get quotations for external calibration and any purchases required.
- Monitor and ensure that all measuring instruments are properly calibrated, quarantined or disposed of if necessary and calibration records are properly maintained.
- Coordinating and controlling non-destructive testing by 3rd party inspectors including reviewing of the procedures and reports.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Engineering or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
