Job Scope
- Handles customers, agents, and overseas offices shipments promptly.
- Liaise & coordinate with Airlines and vendors for smooth arrangements.
- Preparations of shipments inventory reports.
- Issue invoices to customers, agents, and overseas offices to be in line with the company policy.
- Assist to quote Air freight costs to company station and oversea agents.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirement
- O Level / Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
- 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
