Job Description:
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable product solutions. Understand customer needs and propose suitable product solutions.
- Acquire new customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Build cooperative relationships with distributors and support the achievement of sales targets.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support.
- Propose and execute plans to achieve sales goals.
- Conduct debt collection and manage customer payment statuses.
- Participate in marketing activities, analyze market trends, and support promotional activities.
- Enter necessary information into internal systems such as daily reports and sales order systems and provide timely reporting.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:

- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in any industry.
- Comfortable with sales hunting and proactive in seeking new opportunities.
- Understanding of mechanical and metrology engineering or related technical fields.
- Ability to negotiate and resolve customer issues.
- Experience in sales or planning and executing sales strategies.
- Must be able to travel for work related purposes.
- A good team player with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- 1-2 years of relevant knowledge and experience in the semiconductor industry, is highly desirable.
