Job Duties:
Benefits Operations
- Assist in the day-to-day administration of flexible benefits program, annual flexible benefits enrolment, financial year end accruals and annual tax reporting
- Assist in the day-to-day administration of insurance related matters such as enquiries on the insurance related programmes and claims
- Assist in conducting periodic audit reviews on claims relating to flexible benefits and leave applications audits
- Responsible for conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate leave system functionalities prior to implementation as leave administrator
- Responsible for administration of work-injury cases such as filing work injury report and processing claims
- Process all medical bills from panel clinics and hospitals to ensure timely payment and billing to external organisations
- Responsible for leave management and other benefits operations (e.g. birthday scheme)
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
People Operations
- Perform procurement duties for the division
- Track the budget utilisation for the division’s purchases and expenses
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
Requirements:
- Diploma with few years of HR experiences
- GCE O Level / A Level / Diploma
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Organised, meticulous and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in benefits and HR operations under HR Shared Services environment will be an advantage
- Prior experience in using SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
